I’m the founder and Clinical Director of Fertility Psychotherapy Group, a Los Angeles–based practice specializing in infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health.
Our clients often come to us feeling overwhelmed by fertility treatments, grieving a loss, or struggling with the emotional weight of becoming — or trying to become — a parent. Our role is to make sure you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional, and I oversee a small team of clinicians trained at the intersection of fertility, trauma, and perinatal mental health. Together, we provide care to individuals and couples across California, Florida, and Texas.
Whether you work with me or one of our associate therapists, you’ll receive thoughtful, attuned care tailored to where you are in your journey.
Navigating infertility, pregnancy, or the postpartum period can be an emotional rollercoaster often filled with uncertainty, grief, and unexpected challenges.
At Fertility Psychotherapy Group, we provide expert, compassionate mental health support for individuals and couples at every stage of the family-building journey.
Individual therapy offers one-on-one support for people navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal transitions, and other significant life stressors. Sessions provide space to process grief, anxiety, trauma, and the emotional complexity that often accompanies these experiences. The work attends to both current concerns and underlying patterns that may be shaping how distress is experienced and managed. Treatment is collaborative and paced thoughtfully, with attention to your history, values, and capacity. Therapy may be short-term or ongoing, depending on your needs. The focus is on helping you feel more grounded, understood, and able to move forward with greater clarity.
Couples therapy supports partners navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal transitions, and other periods of heightened stress or change. These experiences often affect partners differently, creating distance, misunderstandings, or conflict even in otherwise strong relationships. Sessions focus on improving communication, increasing emotional attunement, and understanding patterns that emerge under stress. The work is collaborative and non-blaming, with attention to both individual histories and the couple dynamic. Therapy may also support couples in making difficult decisions around treatment, parenting, or next steps. The goal is to help couples feel more aligned, supported, and able to face challenges together.
Consultation is available for therapists seeking support with fertility-related distress, pregnancy loss, reproductive trauma, and perinatal mental health concerns. These sessions provide space to think through case formulation, treatment approach, pacing, and ethical considerations. Attention may also be given to countertransference, clinician burnout, and the emotional impact of working in this area. Consultation is collaborative and reflective rather than prescriptive. It may be useful for complex cases, moments of uncertainty, or when additional perspective would be supportive. Sessions can be one-time or ongoing, depending on clinical need. This service is appropriate for therapists at any stage of practice.
